Edward is an astute business professional with extensive property industry experience across the Asia Pacific region. An economist and valuer by qualification, Edward has been responsible for the development of a plethora of large scale property investment assets across the logistics + industrial, commercial and lifestyle sectors since 2007. Edward has held a series of senior positions throughout the property, logistics and associated industries.
Edward was responsible for co-founding EMKC and the subsequent formation of EMKC3 and is the entrepreneurial driving force behind EMKC3’s property development business.

Karen is a highly qualified registered architect with a strong development focus. Karen holds a masters degree in property development which, amongst her extensive industry experience since 2006, uniquely positions Karen to empower her team in adopting a highly commercial approach to design. Karen’s distinct creative flair is reflected in the property investments delivered by EMKC3 across the Asia Pacific region.
Karen was responsible for co-founding EMKC and acts as a Director and principal architect for EMKC3’s architecture and design practice, amongst the other senior positions Karen holds in the industry.

Shan is a practicing lawyer whom has spent over 15 years as a senior business leader with a proven track record of running large scale diversified and complex industrial, property and technology businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Shan is on the board of the Australian Steel Institute, the nation’s peak body representing the Australian manufactured steel supply chain, and is the Chairman of Atturra Limited an ASX listed IT services and advisory business.
Instrumental in the establishment of EMKC3 in 2021, Shan holds the position of Chairman on the EMKC3 board.

Ashleigh is a qualified property economist with further education in urban planning and property valuation. Ashleigh’s career started in the property development sector and at EMKC Ashleigh was responsible for leading development and portfolio advisory projects including commercial negotiations, extensive dealings with statutory authorities and government departments, through to financial modeling and the creation of innovative development strategies.
Now responsible for leading and managing the investment business, Ashleigh holds the position of Director of Investments at EMKC3.
